TC-Series Thermal Imaging CameraWhy Choose Our Thermal Imaging Camera?

Posted on: 5th, November 2015

Our products are second to none and take first place when it comes to intrinsic safety, ruggedness and feature rich certified design. So, why should you choose our thermal imaging camera over any other? Here’s why…

You may not particularly need a camera that comes with the benefit of intrinsic safety for your field of work, but wouldn’t the peace of mind be great? Think about how this rugged piece of kit could enhance your usual working day. Not only will it give you the functionality that you never had before, but it will also stand the test of time.

Why choose our thermal imaging camera?

The TC-Series thermal imaging cameras are tested for toughness, and have passed our stringent ToughTEST which includes being soaked with water, showered with dust and a powerful drop onto a concrete floor.

The camera’s articulating head will allow the user to see over, under and around difficult obstacles without even having to move the display. It’s high speed manual focus helps resolve minute detail simply and intelligently, giving you the crisp image that you require.

With a built in 13.5Mhz RFID reader, you are now able to assign RFID data to images for automatic collation and reporting using our expert CorDEX CONNECT software. Can you already see how the TC-series cameras are going to transform the way you work? Well, how about the fact that our thermal imaging cameras now come with a long life Lithium ion battery to give you the power and runtime for up to six hours before having to recharge. But when you do need to recharge, the battery pack itself will do all the work for you, as it is completely rechargeable.

Both the TC7000 and TC7150 have large buttons that are easily accessible even wearing gloves and are designed to hold up in any environment.

TC7000 ATEX & IECEx Certified Infrared Camera

If you work within the oil, gas, mining and marine industries, then the TC7000 is the camera for you. Not only is it accurate, safe and tough, but it is reliable and will make troubleshooting a lot more efficient. It will help you detect problems fast and give you the information you need quickly so that you can communicate to your team and get things done in a much faster time. With the ability to see heat and detect problems before they happen, the TC-Series cameras are tools that are virtually indestructible in everyday use.

Our TC7000 is ATEX and IECEx certified, as well as IP54 Ingress Protection rated, which ensures that they will continue to operate in any weather, day or night.

We know how tough your industry is, so we know that you may worry about your camera being dropped. With the TC-Series, you don’t need to be concerned, as they’ve been tested and certified as having passed a 3’/1m drop onto concrete at a temperature of -20C.
